Eternal Hydraulic Plate Heat Exchanger
A plate heat exchanger (PHE) is a heat supply element that transfers heat from a source to a cold environment using a heat transfer wall (corrugated plates act in this role), without mixing liquids.
Detachable plate heat exchanger
A Detachable heat exchanger is a device in which the main function of heat transfer between heat carriers is performed by a package of plates. The media do not mix with each other due to the alternation of plates with dense rubber gaskets, which form two circuits of movement.
Due to the high speed of the working media inside the collapsible heat exchangers, deposits and blockages accumulate on its internal surfaces more slowly than on the surfaces of shell-and-tube units.
The undoubted advantage of this type of maintenance is the possibility of complete disassembly of the apparatus, which allows not only washing the plates, but also their mechanical cleaning.
It is also worth noting that the possibility of complete disassembly of the unit allows not to replace it entirely in cases of leaks, but to quickly identify non-working elements, change them and put the heat exchanger back into operation. If you have the necessary spare parts “at hand”, the whole procedure will take from several hours to 1 hour.

Brazed plate heat exchanger
Brazed heat exchangers also basically contain a package of plates, but the difference from collapsible ones is that they are soldered together, so assembly / disassembly of such a package is impossible.
Soldering is done using nickel or copper, therefore, two main types of brazed plate heat exchangers are designated: nickel-brazed and copper-brazed. Nickel solder is used for devices that will work with more aggressive environments.
