Eternal Hydraulic NXQ Bladder Accumulator
The bladder accumulator is an energy storage device used in hydraulic systems. It mainly uses the compressibility of gas (usually nitrogen) to store and release energy. Its structure includes a steel shell, a rubber bladder, an air charging valve and a fluid interface. The bladder is pre-filled with nitrogen and surrounded by hydraulic oil. When the system pressure increases, the hydraulic oil enters the accumulator, the bladder is compressed, and the gas pressure increases, thereby storing energy; when the system pressure decreases, the gas in the bladder expands, presses the hydraulic oil back into the system, and releases energy.
Its function is to store energy, eliminate shock, compensate for leakage, provide uninterrupted energy, and transmit and maintain pressure in the hydraulic control system. Its role in the hydraulic system is to avoid damage to pipeline components, increase equipment life, reduce losses caused by downtime, stabilize hydraulic system performance, and save energy.
The bladder accumulator has the following characteristics:
Compact structure: simple design and easy installation.
High sensitivity: fast response speed, able to quickly compensate for system pressure fluctuations.
Simple maintenance: easy replacement of the bladder and long service life.
Bladder accumulators are widely used in the following fields:
Hydraulic system: used in hydraulic systems such as hydraulic machine tools to stabilize pressure, absorb pulsation, and compensate for leakage.
Engineering machinery: provide emergency power source to ensure equipment operation.
Petroleum and chemical industry: mainly used in oil production machinery to absorb shock and protect equipment from pressure fluctuations.
